Question Can someone tell me if this is from some kind of orchid bug?

I though this one was the healthiest of my phals'!
it started getting this awful look. Can someone tell me if this is from some kind of bug? how can I help my poor Phal?
My eyesight is not so good so I don't know if there's something eating it. but I notice every time I wipe its leaves, the cloth I use turns yellowish.

I would say some kind of mite. I would use a mitacide first, then maybe rotate with insecticidal soap or neem/horticultural oil. Mites tend to develop resistance, so rotating products helps minimize that. Use based on the instructions of the product you are using, but there should be several treatments done regularly.

I agree with the above...probably mites. I use dishsoap and rubbing alcohol mixed with water to get them. I "wash" the leaves with it and then begin watering more often. You get mites when the humidity is too low and the plant is kept on the dry side.

i had the same problem with my phal and it was put down to it being in the bath room and having some water sit on the leaf. Mine turned out to be fungal so i put some cinnamon on the wound and it cleared it up

Looks like mite attack. Check the underside of the leaves too.
