Paph. Primulinum and paph. honey

I got this ones last saturday and i thought they would be bigger because of the pot size but they seem to be over potted. Any advice on how to take care of this two little babies.

I would let them go as they are. No sense shocking them with a replant at this point. My 2 cents....

I agree, don't repot... As for general care; these aren't fond of regular fertilizers...mine only receive organic worm stuff or kelp and honey, for fertillizer and tap water. I rinse the fertilizer out after an hour or two with a little pure water even with organic. And as for the adult plants I have; I have to let them get dryer than my phals. Now; i'm no expert on these...i just now have my first "survivor". lol So hopefully someone more seasoned will chime in. But this is how the first one to live has been treated. As for light, mine is sitting where it gets little light. Less than i would even give a phal. I hope this helps...

Thanks Connie! I appreciate the fert info! Raver, I also let my paphs get a bit drier than one would assume they should be...hasn't bothered any of them so far. I read on another website, and I am sure that this is true with any orchid, that the only danger in letting roots get too dry is that there is a possibility of root burn from fertilizer salts. Paph roots are particularly sensitive as I understand.

Thanks Don, Connie and Jason for the info. I noticed if i fertilize my paphs the same as the other orchids then the tips of the leaf get burn so now i fertilize 1/4 of what i used to do
