Phal and Maxillaria ID help.

Okay, I'm not looking for an exact Phal ID here. I just want some general ideas on the plant's background, since it's probably one of those hybrids of hybrids of hybrids.



And here is a Maxillaria that was sold to be as a Maxillaria picta:



But if you google up "Maxillaria picta", the ones that appear have spots on the back of the flower. Mine doesn't have any spot there, it's plain yellow. Any clue?

Well, it certainly has a similar color.

I did a quick search on the most hybridized Phals and I found an orchid which is very similar in shape to this one. It's the Phal Fortune Buddha. But no idea, haha.

The Maxillaria picta could be a different clone/variety. The shape and other color looks good.

Both are great orchid blooms. I would be happy with them.
