Phalaenopsis leaves and flowers falling off

I received a phalaenopsis orchid about 6 weeks ago. It grew well until 3-4 weeks later. The flowers (both the older ones and the newly-bloomed ones) started to shrink and the leaves started falling from bottom quickly. All the smaller buds also shrank and fell. Until one week ago, all the flowers were fallen.

I checked this forum and thought that I might have over-watered it. So last week, I repotted the plant carefully according to the instructions here. But now the leave at the bottom is becoming yellow and seems to fall soon - it will be the second leave that falls since the repotting.

What's wrong with it? I really want to save the plant. Is there anyting I can do? Thanks!

Some more information: The flower is placed by the west window. The room temperature is about 23-25C (73F-77F). Every morning I open the window slightly to get some fresh air, and the temp drops to 21C-22C (70F-71.5F). I live in Sweden, so the daylight is very short now in winter.

How did the roots look when you repotted? Were they firm and white or brown and mushy? Are there any pests lurking in the medium?

I am suspicious of the open window. You could be allowing cold air to hit the plant, that is not good. I would stop opening the window. The air you are breathing is plenty good for the plant without adding fresh air.

Yes, it could be a temperature issue. Good point! If the orchid is still un potted, post a photo of the condition of the roots. Hopefully it was simply the cooler air that made the buds drop. The leave turning yellow on the bottom of the plant is normal unless several start to die at once.
