Hi all! I'm new here and have a question about my orchid. Looking at the picture, is it time to repot??

First of all welcome! This is a good, friendly place to learn about orchids.
Second, would it be possible to post a photo of the whole plant? I am guessing you are worried about the root growing away from the pot. That is pretty normal, especially on phals, so not necessarily a sign of a problem. However, it looks like there are some dead leaves. Also, I can't tell if that is decorative moss, or coconut fibre it is growing in? Is that a wooden pot? Is there another one inside it? And, again, another photo would be helpful.
I echo Angie's welcome and her request for more pictures. Aerial roots aggravate me because I grow my plants close together and those roots are forever growing into another pot - but those roots are not a sign that the plant requires a repotting. Please post pics of the whole plant - would sure help
Regards,
Don
Hi Skatz - welcome to OrchidTalk. Again, I also believe a photo of the plant and a few more details would help. If the plant has not been repotted in more than two years, it probably needs to be repotted. There are lots of variables, so a couple additional pics would help.
Cheers,
