*Very* way cool. I love the halo! Have you grown it long enough to see if the color / pattern changes? A lot of them will, depending on whether the bloom developed in heat or cold. Sometimes, the change is so drastic, it's hard to believe you're looking at the same plant!
I'm not a big fan of Phal hybrids but that one is very pretty. I like it.

I received this plant last year from a friend so this is the first bloom for me, although certainly not for the plant. This is a large plant with a very large leafspan. She's growing well in the Florida heat and the color is great. Usually the waxy Phal's have reflexed petals, but not this one. The shape is really amazing. I am bringing her to my orchid society meeting on Thursday; I better get a ribbon...![]()
