Phalaenopsis reichenbachiana, Philippine Orchids

Photo taken from my friend's garden, my only secret plant source.

Behind this mounted drift wood was my flava Phalaenopsis reichenbachiana mounted that I found but now already taken.

I'm waiting for another surprises of those batch specimens which have not yet bloom in this drift wood.

Beautiful Phalaenopsis flowers and with such a lush background. By the way Derek will you quit taking such wonderful, professional looking photographs! I even of course see the inset close up of the Phal. bloom! I am still just trying the take a picture that doesn't look like one giant blurr...........and I am not succeeding to well! HaHa! AL

Al, I'm just like you and I don't even have a good camera to afford.
What I have with me is my Sony Eriksson K810i cellphone to shot pictures with caution.
Every trip I made, I always bring my phone to take pictures around especially my favorite plants.
I have also difficulty in taking pictures of those miniature flowers.
I give my best to take photos in hundred times Hehehe!

At this time, I'm trying to help my friend to segregate Phalaenopsis fasciata from Phalaenopsis reichenbachiana which they are all mixed up.

@Branka - I loved miniature flowering plants, it give us more challenges like growing. Yet taking photo of minis pays a good price of photography, it is considered a priceless moments for us hobbyists.
