    Default a highland excursion

a highland excursion 1000 meter above sea level and saw a few variety of orchids. I'm still a starter and id will be most welcome.

with high humidity and cool temp the forest support a very diversified of plants-palms, mosses, ferns, orchids and pitcher plants.

Early morning humidity and temperature in my room.

    orchids that i came across.

Bulbo. elongatum. The flower photo (3rd) was found growing in one of the houses of local resident.

2 type of terresterial found to grow in the open as well as heavy shaded forest.

    Thanks for viewing and comments.

Hello Lanhua, it was from sarawak's Kelabit highland. It was a huge area with the highest point Mt Murud at 7,940 feet. I hope to return and cover different area.

    Thanks everyone for viewing.
