What is this?!

Found this at bottom of tray when changing water for my Phrags. Looks like a shrimp!
Any ideas?

It does look like a shrimp Bob. It could be a pond slater, a kind of water woodlouse or pill bug, tho these are usually a brown or gray color.

I seem yo recall seen this. It might be the larval form of some kind of insect. If my cephalic PC recalls it I'll let you know.

Would really need a closer shot. Looks like an isopod, though.

I wish I could have gotten a better shot, but I let a friend use my macro lens.
I can't imagine how this got into the tray, which is about 2 1/2" deep, on a small table 3' high away from everything.
I use bottled, distilled water, and rarely see any creepy-crawlies in the house.
If it's a isopod,slater,woodlouse or pill bug, where might it have come from and could it indicate a problem?

Isopods (which include slater, woodlouse, pillbug) are attracted to moist places with decaying organic material, like bark in a Phrag pot. They are crustaceans so the resemblance to a shrimp is not just a coincidence. It may have been in one of the plants since you got it. They rarely do any real damage, they usually eat dead stuff not live tissue, but they can be an indication that it is time to repot.
