very floppy Phrag Don Wimber top

I repotted this Don Wimber about a week ago and it was growing great until then. As you can see, it is growing in s/h and all I did was upgrade the size of the container....so all the roots stayed intact. Can't figure out why it has flopped over like this. It has a ton of good looking roots. Help!

that happens sometimes to phrags and paphs alike. I don't know why that happens, but assuming there's no underlying rot (which will not be subtle), I just support the leaves with some stakes and eventually they should end up normal. I almost always see this in the setting of rapid leaf growth, but eventually the leaf tends to "set" and becomes firmer.

I,ve had this happen but as Jmoney has said it did correct itself after a few weeks.I would use clean water(no fert) every couple of days for a couple of weeks , water from the top but don,t get any in the leaf axils.
