NO leaves at all? Or just not putting out new ones?

Phals that loose all their leaves but have good roots can be saved, but realize it will take patience. Make sure the roots are in fact good and put the plant in a low light area (under the bench). it will eventually grow new leaves or it will die. I had it go both ways.
good luck to you.
cheers,
