Phaius Microburst 'Octoberfest' AM/AOS
I had a Phaius a couple years ago but it was a small plant when I bought it and after awhile died. It was from an online grower that I quit doing business with due to poor quality plants. After Natalie posted her beautiful Phaius I decided I would look for one and give it another try. Last weekend at the Maryland Orchid Society Show I found a vendor that had 12 or so like this for sale. After debating if I really needed it and did I really want to spend the amount of money being asked, the "gotta have it genes" took control and I gave in and bought it. Now thinking about it and knowing deep down that I only bought it because I had seen Natalie's beauty I really feel I would be justified in sending her the bill for it. You see people who enable orchidholics like myself need to accept some of the responsibilty of bills not being paid, children and pets going hungry, and hours of time wasted online searching for that must have orchid. So Natalie be watching your mail carefully! LOL
