    It is an importation from Columbia. I possess this plant for two years and it`s bloom in the spring.

    I don't grow them,
    but I can certainly appreciate a nice masdie when I see it!
    I like that the background of the lower two petals varies
    from yellow to rose,
    while the overlay of spots remains consistent.
    It's a fascinating effect,
    on a very beautiful bloom.

    Lovely bloom! I love masd so have a few.Our HOT summer weather hasn't affected them too much but I always say that the summer is just a holding pattern until they are back into the fall & winter weather.
