Section Densiflorum - the usual ridged hard cane-like bulbs and rather leathery leaves.
Impossible to grow , as a beginner. When you have learnt that when you lift up the watering can/hose or whatever with one hand, you use the other to give yourself a smack , and say "naughty" "don't water until I tell you..." then you stand a chance. Actually they all seem to need watering when the new growth is developing, and otherwise - sometimes for monh after month on end, just the occasional misting. Then they flower. If you can't resist watering occasionally - like most beginners - as I was once - then you won't see flowers - ever.
But when they do flower, how lovely they are ; OK the flowers will only last 10 days, say ; they even start to close when I walk them through the garden in the dark, on their way to have their picture taken, although they do open again the following morning. Flowers getting on for 2 inches across.
    What's more to say ?

Those are gorgeous blooms wish I could get my "Den. Thysiflorim" to bloom. I've had it since January which has put out 2 new growth but no flowers yet I see that you mention NOT to much water, would the culture be the same as yours? Here in FL we've had record rain this year.

A good explanation of the pitfall for beginners, and, I must admit, also for more experienced growers....
With all these Pleuro's around me it quit likely they will get 'sone' water during dry season.
As you can understand, I don't have any Densiflorum, although I really enjoy the richness in flowers of this group. Thanks for showing!

    Beautiful Dendrobium.
Mine always blooms in late April, after its winter rest.
