I would guess that the flowers are rather less than a cewntimetre at the maximum spread, and since they are not brightly coloured, its one you will not even notice . (Can't think why I bought it - I suppose it seemed a good idea at the time ).
I have been growing it for several years, from the original 3 bulb scrap, and each year the bulbs have got a little larger although even now, the tallest fattest is only about an inch high and as far round the waist as the usual pencil. I wondered if it ever would flower, and what I needed to do to give it a nudge, then spotted the spike. Actually several other bulbs are also starting them, but its no show stopper if every bulb flowered, which of course won't happen.
If you can focus so small, the flowers are a little odd ; Jay says "The pollina have two larger center pollina are compressed with two outer smaller 2 pollina are elongated and comma shaped. The flowers are non-resupinate and have a small bird-like appearance. "
Something went wrong with his language there - but what it means is that all those pollinias squashed up give a rather beak like appearance, and of course the flower is "upside down" to what we normally get (non-resupinate) although the little bird look, and hence the name, has nothing to do with either of those matters I think.
