The blooms have begun opening...I will update when all 10 spikes are in bloom. A few of the spikes have 7-10 buds and a few have 3-6 flowers...it's going to be a sight when they are all open.

my fave, nice mount, I'm thinking of mounting mine in spring, I heard they do better that way

Brassavola nodosa grows so fast and the blooms are just wonderful!

Mine just got it's first spike with only 2 flowers, but OH the scent!!!!

Connie, do you keep this outside all year round? what is your winter low temp? wondering if this would do well here in california, my winter lows are roughly mid to low 40's. i've seen people list several brassavolas as cool tolerant, but not this one...? do all your vanda types stay outside in winter?
