Beautiful ! Do you have the name for this cym? Since it;s blooming in Florida, I assume it's a warm/heat tolerant cym.
very nice I like the deep color on edge of lip.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I was told not to try to grow cyms because they like the cold.

I was told the same thing chrisa. It is a challenge to find varieties with heat tolerance or do not require the diurnal temperature differential. Most of my plants have ensifolium, dayanum, sinense or aloeifolium in their background. I do not like the species but their crosses are amazing imparting the heat tolerance with the beauty of the modern hybrids. It is verrrrry difficult to find growers/hybridizers supplying these plants. I spent a lot of time and wasted a lot of money on them but it is challenging
