After a lot of effort, brought back from the terrible SH media to bark and TLC with Superthrive, the results speak for themselves how it took care of itself.

wow Gurj! That is stunning
How did you achieve this amazing result, here in the UK? I know how hard it can be, specially when hoping beyond hope that our weather might become something closer to "normal" in its patterns. So, do you grow under lights to get this wonderful example?
hi gurjeet / They are not something I grow myself; but having said that they don't seem bothered by being out in our ( frequently ) wet summers. Some people keep them under glass, but this can, as you'd guess, leads to unwanted growth development and scorching, or if they are excessively shaded, odd growth patterns occur. Cymbidiums seem to need the summer fresh air. The growers I know all agree to that. They love being placed against a warm wall, out of the strongest sunshine...... nicely to the west, away from 11.00am / 3.30pm sunshine.
Sorry, that's all I have on them; but they certainly are a good plant for our climate in the UK! Best of luck!!
What a stunner! Love the progression shots! Must be a very patient guy, Gurjeet.
cheers,

Great sequence shots. Congrats for saving this beauty.
Congrats....
One of these days I will try a Psychopsis despite the ridiculously tall flower spikes -- really like their flowers. Just wish there was a "mini" version.
