    Default Bc Green Dragon

This medium size cattleya ( 5 in across) is a very free bloomer with 5 or 6 flowers per spike. This time the green is more intense than usual - sometimes the colour is light apple green. I'm not sure about the generic name as it has also been called a Blc.

I am not usually fond of green orchids, but I would add this plant to my collection in a heartbeat.

I love green orchids. With the white flat lip, green is even prettier.

Some how I do not own a green Orchid of any kind, oops! I do have Gramm. scriptum var. citrum, but noting else. This is very impressive, I shall now be on the look out for something in Green.

BTW. keep an eye on the spider on the petal!! LOL

Thanks Angela. I didn't notice that spider while I was taking the photograph and only noticed it when I uploaded into the computer.......it was so tiny.

Lovely form on this one. Are the flowers fragrant, Yew? (The greenies generally are.)

Nice little jumping spider companion there.
