    Default New Maxillaria Tenuifolia

An impulse buy. I've been contemplating buying this species for about six months now, but never could commit. It looks a little small and scraggly, but I picked some old dried blooms off so am assuming its Blooming Size or a division of a larger plant.

Either way the pseudo-bulbs seem happy, we will see how it likes its new medium! Am growing it in stronger light with my Oncidiums. Fingers crossed!

does not look bad at all. probably I would bury it deeper in the pot so it can grow more bushy and less like a pole.
The 2 PB on top with the new growth could be at the medium level

I see two new growths so it's doing what it should. Good advice no buring it just a little deeper. AL

So I can bury it further with the bottom pseudobulb underneath the medium? Will it rot?
