    Unhappy Yellow spots with beige bumps on my Phals leaves

    Hi everyone
    Could anyone tell me what and why I am getting these yellow spots with beige bumps on 3 of my phals.

    What does the base of your plant look like? Has it lightened in color or yellowed or is it just the leaves. Either way leaning toward fungal now just need to narrow it down.
