Help!!! Flower appears to be dying.

This my first Bl budding with much disappointment one bud began to droop. The other one not looking to happy. Just checked it to day and the more mature one fell off. Ugh! Seems I have this type of thing occur several times and I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. In this case I didn't change the position of the plant or its growing conditions. Noticed 2 indentations in the more mature one. PLEASE!! Any one please give me advice!!! Even the there appeared to be more buds. They never had a chance.

can I spray the base of the last bud or is it too late for that one too. Also, to prevent this from happening again, should I spray plants every now and then.

Although it could be insects, also think it might be fungal. The base of the plant has turned brown and the stem has turned brown. Is it too late to spray. Too late I already did. I moved it inside to where it is less humid which will probably further its chances of dropping. How can prevent it from happening again?
