Here is another form of P. amabilis. The photography is not a good as it could be. The light is a little too bright. A great form of this species. You can tell I had a little friendly disagreement with the last flower. The petal paid the price. Enjoy.

Thank you. This is the first bloom of this stem prop I purchased. I have three other awarded clones P. amabilis. They are all in bloom at the moment. When I look to where they are sitting, its a sea of white beauty.

I have about 250 seedlings coming this summer from some sib crosses I made last year. I plan to use this clone with the other three to make a few other sib crosses of P. amabilis. The amabili are taking over!

Umm... don't forget me too. I must have more orchids. It just has to happen. The man of the house is getting a bit concerned. Not knowing about orchids, he thinks I may be killing them already because the ones I bought in bloom are dropping their flowers. I told him usually throughout the year they look like leafy plants... as long as the leaves look the same or maybe even better, we are doing well. I'm not sure he believes me though. But more orchids.... heck yeah!

The lip is broad wide triangular.
