    I can not take credit for this one, the spikes were just starting when I got this.

    I have enjoyed this one Zain, it was a gift from a friend and arrived with the spikes just starting. I had asked him about another similar one I had seen and he told me he had this one which is very close to the other, very glad he shipped it!

    Zain, just learned on FB that this has been changed back to the original classification of Dendrobium terengganuensis can you confirm this, thought as it comes from your area you would know. Thanks!!

    Yes it did, glad I had asked him about another one that was very similar when he told me he had this one and it was close, it turns out it might be the same one I had asked him about with the possibility of name change.

    My word, what an amazing flower ! I had never heard of it or of course seen it - so went to Jay's encyclopaedia before reading the thread. Aha, Malaysia - Zain will know it I thought, and yes of course he does. Expensive , he says - I bet that in US or EU, that should read "extremely expensive" !

    I don't think I shall even dream of owning this , not because of expense, but because i can't see anyone bringing plants for sale anywhere in my reach.

    But,good for you Jack - look after it.
