Black Spots Help Please

One my Den got millions of black spots. I try hydrogen peroxid, physan 20, Neem Oil. Nothing works. I believe it got fungus or virus when I bring it inside my house. Anybody has the same problem and how you kill this fungus/virus? What kind of anti-visus/fungus do you use (please give brand name if you could). Look at the picture below.

I'm sure that your first couple of treatments killed the fungus that caused the black spots. Nothing will remove the black spots though. With time the plant will grow new leaves and eventually will drop these leaves or you can just say the h-- with them and cut them off. Meanwhile those leaves will still work at making food for the plant, they just aren't esthetically pleasing. The problem was caused by lack of air circulation when you brought the plant in, for next year when you bring plants in buy some small fans beforehand.
