    Smile Bamboo orchid

    Bamboo orchids is widely distribution in this country. They have few species and this one is among the most beautiful very big flower lasted about 4 to 5 days.Lip similar like cattleya and sobralia

    This is terrestrial orchids in the wild they grow on the grounds with good drainage.

    Gosh, those are pretty, is the culture difficult? I been tempted but haven't dared to get one as I thought they were for outdoor growing in warm climates?

    Not that difficult flowers on the photos basically they are from highlands about 1000 meters.For the culture you can used chopped flower foam, mixed with pebbles and charcol

    this are bamboo orchid " arundina graminifolia " growing wild in mt`banahaw in the philippines as a terestrial - my seedling just went out from the flask
    this r very nice and EZ growing orchids
