Saw this in a local garden centre several weeks ago at a bargain price. Been waiting ages for it to open. Love the little white hairs!

Very cute!
OMG!
That has to be one of the coolest I've seen. It is most alien looking.
Kind of like some strange amoeba with feeding hairs...
It looks like it's little angora sweater is coming unraveled.
most unusual colouration... could it be a flava form of primulinum?
the picture is top rate by the way, love the details like the hairs popping out from nearly every edge of the flower!
Jmoney might be able to identify it for you. It looks familiar in shape (short twisted, hairy petals) just not in color. It is cool! I wish it was mine!
Cheers,

Great pick up Steve, well worth it IMHO.![]()
What an unusual color. Its remarkable in the lack of strips and dots.
Here is another shot. The first was a bit over exposed. This one has better colour definition but the hairyness is less obvious on a lighter background. It is quite small, only 2 inches across.
How unique....and pretty! I especially love the bright sunny color.....
