Beautiful Gin! Misery is ahead of us in Iowa. My Iris are just beginning to open. I headed to northern Iowa yesterday to do the cemetary run. What a great drive! Gently rolling hills of brown and black soil just tinged with the green of emerging corn, contrasting with the lush green grasses along the highway!
Let's see, GH full of beautiful orchids, lush spring garden, Hmmm. Need some company?
Looks like a green paradise !!!!

Nice, Gin!

Happy to see the spring arrive... still waiting up here, although we had a few glimpses.
I thought spring was here too--even bought my geraniums for the deck pots--but then winter came back and all my little hummers are flying around the feeder wearing their parkas. A sad sight.
Love your pictures!
Hot here today , Almost all of the stuff in the yard are perennials , no planting every year except for a few things . Thanks for looking .
Lynda did you knit them little sweaters ? lolol Gin
Those are very beautiful spring colors!
Our weather here somehow short-circuited and we are back to winter![]()
Temps were finally warm enough to plant a few tomato plants at my folks' place. Didn't get nearly as much gardening done as I needed to while visiting them upstate. Don't know how I'm going to work another trip in though I really will need to before the weeds fully take over and the growing season gets too far along. Our growing season is not terribly long to begin with. (Btw, anyone else have a heart attack over the price of gasoline now?)
