It will not be long before you will be sharing photos of the blooms from all that new growth! Congratulations and good growing! So, what are the plants photoed here? Anything super special you are really looking forward to seeing in bloom? The phal is obviously almost ready to pop.
Cheers,

I love seeing new growths on orchids. I always figure something must be right when they appear. Great growing, and I hope you do post some bloom photos of the phal in the near future!
Cheers,
Rob
Top right is my new Catt. Top right is the Aliceara I thought I murdered but she has a few new bulbs!. Bottom left is an Oncidium and finally the Phal will be my second earned bloom. I am looking forward to posting the pics!
Good growing! It will pay off sooner than you think.
Have you ever had tons of new root growth and no new PB? Strange, but I have a cattleya that just grew 5 inch long new roots with nothing popping yet....I'm sure it's any day now.
I was about to give up on my 2 dozen orchids, because while they were not dying (lots of foliage, unfortunately dark green because they have not been getting enough light and I have had no time to set up a fluorescent lamp system for them) they were not blooming either, with the exception of a pink mini phal which I bought in bud and has been blooming for at least 3 months. I have been watering lately with a weak solution of orchid fertilizer every time I water.
Well, I took a close look at my plants today and discovered flower spikes on several plants, including one that I have mounted on a slab. The larger phals,my one paph, and my oncidiums are still stubbornly refusing to bloom. But my neofinetia falcata is going to bloom soon. Raises my spirits in the middle of this freezing long Northeast winter. My camera is broken and I can't afford a new one--so sorry, no pics.
SuZcc many spikes at once? That will be a great show. I'm trying to organize my collection where more that one is in bloom. I think this year is the year!
It always makes me happy to see new growth, congrats!
Oohh looking forward to the flower pictures. I have a bunch that started new growth around this time too. I found it very unusual for them to sprout now but I guess the temperature has been a little warmer than last month maybe that's what they're reacting too.
