I don't know the breeding on this one. The tag says Zygocolax 'Rhein Blue'
The first part would be zygopetalum, the second part???? Anyone Anyone? lol And may I just say, Wow, cool cross!!

Zygopetalum x Colax but actually Zygocolax has been replaced by Zygopabstia [Zba.] I believe...damn taxonomists![]()

I've noticed that most Zygopetalums look almost alike. Therefore, I would hypothesize that out of all the orchids, these have the least amount of genetic variation. I wonder if that has been proven true?
I was hoping for fragrance on this one but unfortunately it is not fragrant.![]()
