The show is pretty big with a great amount of vendors. To me it's the biggest down here in the South Florida area and I've been to all of not most of them this year. It's a lot of fun and I'm sure you guys will go crazy with the vendors.

hahahah... actually, have u ever seen the way orchid addicts eyes go when they see something they really want... it's like... craziness setting in hehehe

also, another one is watching an orchid addict trying to make a decision whether to buy or not to buy... it's like should i laugh or should i feel sorry for them...

and the worst part, I am that orchid addict!

So far only if the seller says "This is not for sale!" I am not buying it........... But I am on top of the babies list (at least he said so). Well, that will take another century or so...LOL...That is why I should think twice...LOL

Don't know their names...Never looked at the tags. They all had such a beautiful blooms to look at...... One paph, 2 catts with huge flowers-one was white with dark purple lip and nice fragrance, the other one was orange and had a black pepper scent, and the last one I think is Brassia family- blooms were lime-green with black...gorgeous... He said he was moving it around the greenhouse (she didn't like it anywhere)for four years and this was the first time she bloomed. I will take the names next time when I go there.

Just popping in to say hi (yes I actually DO post to other forums other than the progagation one!!)

I can say that as a two-time attender...I'm going for THREE and THIS time I'm bringing a cart...or wagon, or SOMETHING! One can often find orchid lovers running to and fro ...frothing at the mouth and drooling all over themselves.....LOL.

Bring lots of sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and CASH!!!!

I heard the $250 stimulus for those on Social Security is supposed to start going out on Thursday. Boy, I sure hope mine hits the bank first. LOL

For those who have been there before, are the prices really a lot cheaper than when you order from the sellers directly or online? Or is it just that we can't resist buying when they're staring us in the eyeballs (the orchids I mean....don't care if sellers are staring me in the eyeballs).
