    Cool Vanda Manuel Torres putting on a show

    This vanda was about 12 or 14 feet up in the rafters of the greenhouse. I climbed up there and took this shot and video. I hope you enjoy it. I had a fun time climbing up there... hehehe.. (not) Anyway,...

    WOW This is a huge vanda. So beautiful. How old is it?
    And then how you can limit yourself with the amount of orchids you want to grow?!?!?! NO WAY! Here is another wishlist material...

    Love the colour,do not care for the height,rather hard to take to a show.Once mine get over 3-4ft I cut them back to the base I don't have your roof height.

    Thanks folks! I am not sure how old the actual plant is, but we have been growing it for 15 years. It was one of the original orchids we moved here with to Arkansas. It has grown very large. No way to take it out of the Greenhouse without cutting it up at this point.

    very pretty!...

    I don't climb very often...especially for a pic....I tumbled off a bench a couple of years ago...taught me not to use up-side-down buckets for climbing
