hi everybody, a week back i bought a phal that was in bloom. now its buds are drying out,and i am worried, can it be because of high temp, and its flowers are a kind papery. can any one help out .thank u for your suggestions

That is pretty normal. The change in environment can stress your plant and cause it to blast the flower buds. As long as the plant looks healthy, no leaf rot, etc., and the roots seem to be in good condition, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
I'd have to agree with the above...even healthy plants, when transferred to a new environment, can lose flowers and buds.
it's been my experense that when a plant is still in bud the middle of the room is rarely enough light, the plant should be close to a southern or eastern exposure (if the leaf is warm to the touch it's too much light) face the buds in the direction you want them to open so they open in a good presention ...good luck..
