Live Sphagnum Moss as pot media?

I want to see more your results using live moss in the near future! One question is, your soil is only pure live moss, or added other soil media, such as bark, perlite, ect?

I harvest Spag a few miles from town at my friends place. It is gorgeous! I love starting plants in it and have recently begun putting more in my containers. We'll see, but the plants see to love it!

I have another two questions:

Can the soil media be pure live moss (without other soil media, such as bark, perlite)? If can, how frequently shall I water the orchids (suppose the orchids are phal. and the pot size is 4inch)? Once a week?
