    Smile We are officially moved...

    Not unpacked completely...but moved. lol Cable is on, telephone is on, almost all the furniture has been delivered, and most importantly, the orchids are ALL here. Now I can slow down and enjoy my plants again. A couple are in spike, but mostly I spent this morning cutting off dead stuff and killing bugs. I haven't had the time for a couple months to even repot anything. I have a ton of stuff to catch up on! Today was so fun, it's so good to have the plants here where it's so easy to tend to them. The tiki bar out on the back porch has now been converted to my "potting bench". : 0)~

    Yes, that is a coat rack made of iron. I was trying to come up with a way to hang my vanda types so that they would get sun and would be easier to water. A local iron worker that makes fences, chairs, coat racks, etc...had this one on sale as it had been bent somehow. The orchids don't care if it's bent, and it was a great deal.

    You are so right...the shelves need to be filled a little more. Time to go shopping for orchids! lol Right after I pick up the bathroom rugs, towel bars, bar stools....

    Thanks e1...it's been like a dream the last few months. My VA benefits came through, I got my adaptive grant to "handicap equip" my home...and then we moved into a house my wheelchair was more user friendly in. I keep pinching myself.
