That Trias is cute!
Wonderful pic of the Holcoglossum flavescens, Tom! That is a real beauty!
Interesting growth habit on the Thelasis pygmea -- I would never have recognized the flower as an orchid by itself.
This plant has leaves of 2.5-3", and the spikes are about 6-8". Each flower is about a half-inch wide, and there are 12-14 or so on each of its 2 spikes. I think it is a first time bloomer, as I bought it as NBS.
Sorry the pix aren't better. These were taken around Christmas with my daughter's camera. I tried again today, now that all the blooms are open, but I couldn't even do this well with my camera. I think my orchids need a new camera...they seem to have developed their OWN list of wants & needs!!!

Try the scent - in the sunshine...
Octarrhena sp. (thank you to Jim Cootes for the ID) these are the smallest I currently have. I have a lot of them planted on a branched driftwood and they are a delight to see thought the flowers are really quite insignificant. The leaves are about 3 inches or less.
nice josef! well, i was a little off with the id...
appreciate your id skills though Ron! and you definitely know a helluvalot more than I do!
@plantnut...that would be a nice addition to my collection. congrats! I hope i could find one in Manila
