Thanks very much, Amey. Actually, I used to teach ceramics, and got interested in stoneware & porcelian. Porcelain is my favorite ( to thow on a potters wheel ) but it's like handling soft butter! LOL! My husband is good as well...made us a beautiful casserole and glazed it in rutile glaze. I bake in it all the time...Betty :-)

That is simply amazing Betty. I had also said this earlier to someone, its not just the passion for orchids but we are very like minded people sharing similar interests and hobbies, befor Don had started this thread it was not apparen to som many of that we shared other interests.

Thanks, Amey. I agree, many of us share similar traits! It's wonderful to see how many of us are artistic in so many different ways! There simply are not enough hours in the day to "do" everything that I want to do, however...LOL! Betty :-)
