A near-minature species , or quite miniature- depends on your ideas of what makes miniature !. Canes, flattened, only 4 or 5 inches high. Flowers in a small group from the upper node(s). Flowers quite a decent size for a small plant - maybe 5-6 cm across.
I bought a couple of plants, as I often do - tried one on a plaque (mount) and the other in a pot. But - to let you into a secret , I'm not the world's best plaque grower. Both are flowering now - maybe I've had them 2 or 3 years , still only single lead, and the one in the pot has twice as many flowers - more than ever before , maybe its getting to like my conditions.
But a lot of small orchids are probably (?) short lived in the wild, and never do make specimen plants. That's what I tell myself....don't tell me I'm wrong and shatter my illusions...![]()
