I like it.
Kev, it's like any new home, you buy it you go to your nearest box store and buy paint in your favorite colors and splash it on the walls, floors whatever and it's home.
But we're getting Martha Stewart paint, aren't we? Louis would never give us anything but the best. Right?![]()
I prefer Behr. But that's just a personal thing from when I was painting houses. They are the only paint company that sent me their whole paint wheely dealy Plus I like the name <G>Originally Posted by TundraKev

Pfft.
All of a sudden everyone's a decorator.
Yeah, ok, I agree. Color is tres bland. That's how the software comes by default, out of the box. I didn't change it at all, just threw it on up there so we could check out some function.
For the real update to the real board, colors and things will stay pretty much as they are now on here, though I may change a *couple* things....![]()
Well that's what I meant. he just got the house out of the box and needs to paint it.![]()
Because of new licensing rules, (only one instance of the software can be run under one license on one domain) I had to take out the link to the test site, and the seperate Club Owner's board had to go too.
As soon as I upgrade the forums, the Club Owners club will be put back as was originally intended--part of the OrchidTalk board itself.
Sorry guys.....
1. where's the edit button??
2. how come all the posts I've been to is showing unread?
3. it seems to load faster...
ummm, that's it so far....
Cheers
Tim
oh and please bring back the smilies... I feel so inadequate without it...
1. The Edit button should be right where it's always been, next to the Quote button, bottom right of a post you've made. As an alternative, if want to edit your post, you can double-click the little document icon just under your avatar. When you're through editing, a single click on that icon will save your changes.
2. To begin tracking read posts with this new version, once you've read what you've wanted to, go to the bottom of the main index page and click "Mark forums read." That will give the server a fresh starting point for read posts on your account.
3. Not sure... maybe?
Smilies: just as soon as I hear back from a vB developer for a fix or workaround.
