    Default Doritonopsis dyah redita "hawaii"

    This is the otehr one i bought from the market, but mum didnt like it as much as me, so i bought it

    Unfortunatly the only flower on the plant is starting to collapse by the looks of it, so give it about a week and i will get a better one up here

    yup, if the buds dont blast first....its quite a bit warmer inside my house then in the nice greenhouse it came from! It cost me 20 bucks so i hope i can keep it well, plus it has two basal keikeis (basal are the ones from the plant stem right?)

    i beg to differ Zain, as the flower has collapsed further now since i took the pictures. then again, it could be a temp thing as a phal i had a while bag expanded/contracted with temp changes.....weird, i know! And thanks zain

    Plant looks good. If the spike doesn't turn around, just cut it off and let the plant use that energy to get stronger. It looks to me like it is just in the first stages of blooming. Anyway, next blooming time should be much better now that it is in your care.

    yes, it has two apikea too, yhe one pictured and one that is only buds at the moment.....fingers crossed!
