Hey sorry, I completely forgot to check my mail box, been a bit busy lately. To clear out your confusion, the names Tricolour, yellow panda etc etc actually do not mean anything as none are registered with the AOS/RHS or any other Registrar. Here is a link to the registration of Oncidium Sharry Baby from the RHS
The International Orchid Register / RHS Gardening
So essentially Tricolor can be the same as yellow panda or Misaki. Even you could give yours a name, put up a picture on the net sell a couple of its division by that name and voila you have created a new name but for the very same plant. The reason for this is that the cross has been remade repeatedly across the globe, so a plant with flower named Tricolor in the USA can be very similar to a plant from the same cross in Taiwan named Yellow Panda by the grower. So I say they are essentially same. None of these cultivars are recognised by any of the registrars as I already mentioned so doesn't matter much. I hope this clears out the matter.
