The detail on these blooms and the heavy maroon/brownish color contrasts well with the bright yellow. Will post a couple more photos when in full bloom with greater detail than these. AL![]()

Very nice colors. That should be one pretty plant when in bloom.
Looking forward to pictures of it in full bloom.
Nice blooms my friend! Am anxious to see the pics when in fukk bloom.
Three spikes--should be a good show when in full bloom! Don't forget to update us.
Me too looking forward when in full bloom AL.
I am not sure if these blooms will last long enough to see them all in flower at once. After a week one bloom is already fading. It may be the heat in my greenhouse which gets up in the mid nineties mid-afternoon, or these are suppose to be "prolific bloomers" according to what the grower said, so maybe they just don't last. I have a Dendrobium in bloom for over two months now in the same greenhouse. Anyway this is a decent, though not good close up shot. Someday after some renovation of the greenhouse and with a good window mount swamp cooler for the 'chids' comfort, I will purchase a better camera for close ups and save everybody's eyes..................AL
Keep it up, Al, and you'll have to give up your award for the most orchids without flowers!
Thank you Patty for the kind words. I could do what one lady I knew did and put silk flowers in with her orchids. They probably didn't take kindly to over head watering or fertilizer, but at least she could 'dry clean' them.AL
Very nice, I also like the green dendro in the background AlHave you posted it on the forum lately?
