John's Greenhouse and Shadehouse photo update

I have not posted greenhouse pictures for quite some time so I thought I'd snap a few pictures today while the weather was nice.

Here are pictures of the shadehouse:

The bigger cattleyas get to spend summer in the shadehouse.


My youngest daughter, Isabella, reflecting on life while enjoying the shadehouse.


Cymbidiums and epidendrums enjoying the summer outside.
You can see some blettillas in the small pots, but the leaves are on their way out in preparation for dormancy.


Cymbidiums, along with assorted tropicals and lily plants.


It looks like I need to get the chainsaw prepped again. The three large cymbidiums in the back are in need of dividing... AGAIN!


I have a lot of bud action going on, so I hope to post some bloom pictures soon.

its my privilege to be able to post and say another home-run.

Love it! Love it! Love it! how do you keep everything healthy and clean? I love your cymbids a lot. Why not plant the "duhat" in the ground now? though its a huge tree.

This looks promising...


Fellow Filipinos here might recognize this. It is a 'Duhat' tree.
I'm not clear on the details, but somehow I acquired a seed and I planted it just to see if it grows.
One year later, here it is. I plan on trimming it as a small shrub for now so that I can move it to the greenhouse during winter.
Once it is robust enough I can plant it permanently outdoors and let it grow full size.
You might have also noticed the 'Sampaguita' jasmine beside it.
