I've been coveting this species for awhile now and am hoping to hear from those who do grow it as to your question.

not a very difficult specie in my opinion as long as you manage to keep the roots wet and well ventilated. as it's a miniature specie, you have to remember that it's just like a small seedlings, it can suffer from dryness very quick. the most difficult part is to get the first spike. it needs to be well grown to spike, after that it can flower all year long.

used to hv one but gone already.I think it's bcoz I overwater it
