my little squatter is not camera shy

trouble seeing her at first glance, well that is her nature
luckily she is not camera shy





and she is been living on my porch, in my flowers for more than 3 month (at least that is when I spotted her first)
I cannot bleam her, I wouls like such a flowery apartment myself
you may ask why is it a her???
well she still has her head attached

I know they are around as I found a tiny one on my plants awhile back. So far I haven't seen any of the adults, but i'll keep watching. I love praying mantis...they are one of my favorite bugs. Thank You for sharing...

I always like to see a praying mantis. As a third grader we raised a bunch of them in our classroom. When they were about an inch or so long we released them outside.

I always like to see praying mantis and lady bugs in my orchids. They both eat the bugs that eat orchids. So as long as they keep doing that, we'll remain friends.

I have one out in the greenhouse right now. I don't think he/she likes having me around, but I do like having them make themselves at home out there. I wish I knew how to encourage their friends and relations.......................AL
