    Excellent color. Not that I am trying to "knock" your photo skills, Dave, but how accurately did the camera capture the flower's true color?

    nice Miltonia.very rich coloration...i saw a Miltonia last week second time ever...cost about $50 US for a NOID,unflowered plant...such is the suffering i have to endure in my area...ofc i didnt buy it even though i want one really badly

    I have no skills with a camera and thankfully it's fully automatic. I think the color is pretty true to form but it is digital, posted on a web site and you are viewing it on a screen with a variety of posible resolutions. Pthe flower is a very deep purple and quite striking, but hey I have a cataract so as they say your mileage may vary.
