Default Cattleya pygmaea (Pabst) Van den Berg, Neodiversity 3: 11 (2008).

Or as most of you know it, Sophronitis pygmaea.

Though I am not certain of the name as it could be a really small coccinea. The flower is 4 cm widebut the pseudobulbs are only 1-1.5 cm high!
