Very pretty! The flower spike is nicely balanced to the plant size, as well. Some of the Onc's put up spikes that are gargantuan.
I recently read that the yellow Onc's with dark spotting attract bees to pollinate them. It's called 'pseudoantagonism.' Although there's nothing pseudo about it. As the delicate flowers wave slightly in the breeze, the dumb bee thinks these other bees are invading his turf. So he madly dashes into the blooms, bravely bashing about (take that you villian!) and dusting himself with the plant's pollen.
Bees have never been noted for their remarkable intellect. I think the Onc's win out there!
