Is anything wrong?

Hi Maggs here, I have these two phals both with flower spikes, I noticed that some leaves are a bit yellow, one in particular I had bought and the moss was so saturated with water that I was afraid it would rot so I put it into a clay pot and well the roots were very healthy, I see that the spike is looking good though(have been monitoring it every day) the other has some wrinkly looking leaves(two) I am a bit concerned and so I am not watering them too regularly, they are out in the open but covered spot getting lots of breeze and controled sunlight, I do not move them at all, hope someone could give some advice.

i don't know. Are the first 3 pictures the same orchids as the last 1 pictures? I don't see spikes of the first, and i am wondering if you are planting them too deeply? The pots appear to be vlarge. Phals like to wear tight shoes.

Looks like dehydration to me. Phals potted in spaghnum moss when transplanted into another medium that does not hold as much moisture usually exhibit these signs. They take some time to grow new roots and adapt to the new medium. The spikes too take a lot of nutrients and and moisture away/

Hi, thanks for the upload. Two points I gathered from your post:

1.They are out in the open after a recent repotting.
2.Lots of breeze and controlled sunlight

It is a great environment for orchids but keeping them in the open might require a lot more attention, I guess you'd peek in a while or two to see if they are doing ok but apparently like Yew said, they're dehydrated. Keep an eye on the media, making sure it is not bone dry, just moist.

Lots of breeze and sunlight need not necessarily be a drawback unless you can keep an eye on the moisture content in the pots. Great pots by the way! Also, epiphytic orchids like phalaenopsis tend to grow in bright/indirect sunlight maybe but not direct sun. Direct sunlight can be devastating, as they simply cant stand it, being too harsh on them.

Could it be the fertiliser being a bit strong on them?

But it looks good though, don't add any fertiliser at this time unless you see new root growth for a couple of inches. The leaves are still standing stiff. I am sure with these couple of tips from the members you'd be able to help your phal get back to its tracks.

Thank you everyone for the feedback, they are on the back steps and not in direct sunlight(I make sure of that) it is breezy but they are sheltered by the wall at the side of them from strong breeze especially from the east and northern sides, I will stop the fertilizer for a while and I water them about every three days or so, the one I repotted because of the spagnum has a beautiful root system long flowing ones and I just put it into a pot slightly larger(6") than the transparent one it came in remembering that the roots had to fit snugly and not too roomy, the first two pics are different ones and all the pots are about five-six inches and not too deep either, learnt that from researching.
