Default Peristeria Elata the 'Dove Orchid'

This orchid is stunning with a dove seen in the center, for the experts: what type of care would this orchid need?

It is a large plant, terrestrial in nature!!! It needs bright light. Free draining mix, although I have used lightly packed Sphag. When in active growth, it will appreciate a great deal of water, watering multi times a week. and can use at least weekly fertilizing.

Cool and dry winter rest. The p-bulbs will shrivel somewhat.
